Job Description
TML Activation Services (PVT) is seeking Business Development Executives in Mardan, Charsadda, and Lakki Marwat for a well-known MNC in the Tobacco sector.
This role involves assigning tasks for DSRs based on strengths and objectives, with daily field visits to at least 25 shops. Candidates will use our application to complete daily tasks and submit their work after field hours.
Requirements include being a graduate with at least one year of relevant sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. This is an 11-month contract position, with a salary of up to Rs 36,00 plus Rs 9,00 in incentives based on KPIs.
