Job Description
Kolaxo Contact Center Services is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our travel consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have passion for travel consultancy, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a team of travel consultants.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and monitor team performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of travel industry experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
