Job Description
Join Abacus Consulting as an Operations Team Lead and play a vital role in ensuring efficient team delivery while meeting service levels and business targets. You will manage business processes, resolve escalated inquiries, conduct call monitoring, and maintain staff training and development plans. Your key responsibilities include appraising staff performance, delivering motivation, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
This full-time position offers a contract length of 11 months with a competitive salary ranging from Rs 60,00.00 to Rs 70,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
