Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Handling customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Intermediate
- Age Limit: 18 – 35
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer care or call centers, preferably with UK-based companies
Salary: Rs45,00, with incentives up to 15k.
Shift: Rotational shifts for males; morning shifts for females. Work from home option available after probation.
