Job Description
TML Activation Services (PVT) is seeking Business Development Executives in Mardan, Charsadda, and Lakki Marwat for a well-known MNC in the Tobacco sector.
Your responsibilities will include assigning market tasks to DSRs, achieving daily shop visit targets of at least 25, and maintaining comprehensive records of fieldwork activities. Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Job Type: Contract (11 months). Salary: Up to 36,00 Rs + 9,00 Rs incentive based on KPI assessment. Additional perks include a company vehicle and fuel.
