Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Female HR Assistant for our Online Educational Institute during the Day Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage the HR inbox and track both internal and external queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting inductions.
- Develop training and onboarding materials.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
