Job Description
Analytica is seeking to hire an HR Assistant with exceptional administrative and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a conceptual thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Reliability and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities: Respond to HR-related inquiries, maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment processes, assist with performance management, and manage HR events and training sessions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 1-2 years of HR assistant experience, knowledge of labor laws, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
