Job Description
ValueLabs is seeking a talented ServiceNow Architect with 8-11 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Requirements:
- 5+ years in ITAM, SAM, and HAM.
- 3+ years with ServiceNow ITAM, including SAM and HAM.
- Experience with integrations such as CMDB and ITSM.
- ServiceNow scripting proficiency (JavaScript, Python).
- Strong ITAM process knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Certifications in ServiceNow ITAM and ITIL Foundation are preferred.
