Job Description

International Industries is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor to oversee aftersales operations and enhance customer satisfaction within our dealer network. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot customer inquiries, coordinate repairs, gather product feedback, and maintain precise records. A Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines and 4–5 years of experience in aftersales service are required.

We offer a market-competitive salary package of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time in-person position, and applications are due by 29/12/2024.
