- Sterilizing surfaces and equipment.
- Greeting customers and answering questions.
- Receiving and checking prescriptions.
- Processing prescriptions electronically.
- Resolving issues like rejected insurance claims.
- Selecting medicines and measuring dosages.
- Sorting, stocking, and labeling medications.
- Compliance with security measures.
