Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager at Golden Pearl Cosmetics (Pvt.) Ltd with a strong background in the FMCG or cosmetics industry. This role requires expertise in metro major city and rural distribution handling, primary and secondary sales management, and credit management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets and develop channel strategies.
- Plan brand positioning and team development.
- Manage distribution sales force and warehousing.
- Represent sales in meetings and drive initiatives.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Collaborate with marketing for execution.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs150,00 – Rs250,00/month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred) | Experience: 7 years (Preferred)
