Job Description
Globe Call Centre is seeking experienced cab dispatchers with a minimum of 1 year in the field to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate and dispatch cabs to designated locations.
- Monitor drivers’ schedules to ensure timely service.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers.
- Maintain accurate operational records.
Requirements:
- Experience as a cab dispatcher or similar role.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and dispatch software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Location: Plot no. 206, East Service Road, I 10 / 3, Islamabad.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs280 – Rs320 per hour
