Job Description
Magnatec Systems Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical specialists for various IT positions.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers, manage recruitment platforms, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and offer positions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, understanding of technology, and experience in recruitment. Females with Fresh to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
