Job Description
Rozan is a national non-government and not-for-profit organization committed to mental health, gender issues, and combating violence against women and children since 1998. We are seeking excellence-driven, self-motivated individuals for the position of Manager Operations.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Public Administration or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of operational management experience.
- Strong knowledge of office administration, HR policies, and procurement procedures.
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Sensitivity toward gender issues and violence against women and children.
