HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will manage a team of representatives delivering exceptional customer support. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the customer service process, resolving complaints, creating policies and procedures, and hiring new staff.
You will also monitor the performance of individual representatives, conduct quality assurance surveys, and ensure your team possesses excellent product knowledge. It is essential to maintain a positive working environment to foster growth and productivity.
