Job Description
PlacidWay is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Business Analyst to support our Sales and Customer Service teams. Responsibilities include managing templates, documenting processes, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), generating reports, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer communication templates.
- Document sales and customer service processes.
- Create and maintain SOPs.
- Compile and analyze data for reports.
- Support training and onboarding for new hires.
- Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
