Job Description
We are excited to announce a full-time position for a Chat Support Agent at Halfur. No extensive experience is required; we seek candidates with basic English proficiency and customer support skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing information to new customers about our services.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Following up on client purchases.
- Promoting additional products and services.
- Maintaining customer records in MS Excel.
- Working two shifts: 5 pm to 1 am or 1 am to 9 am.
A university degree is a plus, and familiarity with Facebook Messenger is essential. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
