Job Description
Source Code Academia is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of queries from students, parents, and staff through various communication channels, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, providing clear support, and escalating unresolved issues. A Bachelor’s degree in Communication or related fields, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in both Urdu and English are required.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
