Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled International Customer Service Representative to join FutureVision360 LLC. You will manage inbound and outbound international calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and cultural awareness while handling high-volume calls with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Providing product/service information and processing orders.
- Troubleshooting customer issues and maintaining satisfaction.
- Collaborating across departments to resolve complex inquiries.
- Recording call details in the CRM system.
