Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings and manage conflicts.
- Issue warnings to employees as needed.
- Update schedules and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct team satisfaction calls and prepare reports.
- Manage hiring and offboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business required.
- 1 year HR experience preferred.
