Job Description

Join our team at Three Percent Pakistan as a full-time Customer Service Representative in Rawalpindi. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, managing deals, providing exceptional customer service, handling escrows, and ensuring successful deal closures across various campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in closing deals and escrow management
• 2+ years in a sales or closing role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
