Job Description
LAKHANI GLASS (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a highly driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our Sales Manager in daily operations. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to enhance sales and effectively handle customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor team performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Assume Sales Manager duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
