We are seeking a dedicated Loan Recovery Team Lead to join our team at U-Microfinance Bank. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective recovery plans for overdue accounts, analyzing delinquent accounts to enhance recovery strategies.
You will handle escalated cases, negotiate settlements, and ensure all customer interactions adhere to professional and ethical standards. The role requires strong leadership and team management skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Requirements include 3-5 years of experience in collections or recovery.
