Job Description
Join IHCL as a Reservations Supervisor and play a vital role in driving revenue through effective selling and upselling of reservations and room types. You will provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing guests by answering inquiries with professionalism on every call. Responsibilities include preparing daily reports such as Business on Books, cancellation reports, and VIP arrivals, as well as ensuring accurate data input to complete transactions. This position also involves upselling products and accommodations and delivering prompt responses to all room-related queries.
