Job Description
Join Novapack Pvt. Ltd. as an ERP & IT Assistant! In this role, you will provide first-level technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and assist with ERP systems. Your responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, supporting hardware/software needs, and ensuring system security.
We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 1-2 years of IT support experience. Proficiency in Windows/Mac, basic troubleshooting, and strong analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with IT helpdesk tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month | Location: Lahore (Preferred)
