Job Description
Diputech is seeking a dedicated Female Customer Call Support Representative to handle customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who excel in customer-focused roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their queries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications: Intermediate education or higher. Customer service experience preferred.
Location: Office No. 3B, 3rd Floor, Plaza 100, MM Alam Road, Lahore.
Timings: 10am-6pm (Mon-Sat)
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
