Job Description
Join Easy Leads Mars BPO as a Customer Support Specialist, delivering exceptional customer support via multiple channels. You will resolve technical and non-technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide product information and guidance.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
