Job Responsibilities:
- Manage records of communications between schools and regional teams.
- Ensure mail and parcels are dispatched and received per SOP.
- Assist with data collection and retrieval from schools.
- Facilitate app-related duties smoothly.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for timely school subsidies.
