Job Description

We are an INBOUND Customer Service Provider operating 24/7, servicing clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We’re looking for serious candidates with prior inbound CSR experience from US or UK campaigns.

Job Duties: Respond to inquiries via email, live chat, and phone; manage complaints; attend trainings; work flexible shifts.

Requirements: Excellent English communication skills; neutral accent; fast typing; ability to adapt.
