Job Description
Zeta Technologies is seeking qualified candidates for the MTO Network Operations (SMS & VOIP) role. This position is responsible for 24/7 Network Management System (NMS), ticket management, and communication with Global Telecom client NOCs and Messaging Business Units.
Key responsibilities include provisioning, routing, troubleshooting Level 2 issues, managing complaints through our ticketing system, and compiling reports using Microsoft Excel. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering or an equivalent field and be willing to work in shift operations.
Location: Corporate Office, I-9/3, Islamabad. We have 2 positions available.
