- Maintain records of communications between schools and regional teams.
- Manage mail dispatch and receipt according to SOP.
- Assist in data collection from schools.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with principals for timely communication.
- Additional duties as assigned by the manager.
