Job Description

S.M.J International Industries is looking for a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor to manage aftersales operations and ensure high customer satisfaction within our dealer network. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
Qualifications: D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines with 4-5 years of experience in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing industry. Strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month. Full-time position.
