Job Description
We are a UK-based taxi company expanding our operations to Pakistan and are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in E11-2 Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with UK clients, cab dispatching, and booking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service.
- Allocate bookings to drivers and handle customer complaints.
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Salary: Rs. 90,00 – Rs. 100,00 per month, plus overtime.
