Qualifications: Minimum graduation with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: Motivate and guide the sales team to enhance performance, organize meetings to strategize sales activities, and make decisions to improve company results.
Skills: Strong knowledge of local markets, customer interaction experience, proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and presentation skills, and commitment to customer service.
