Job Description
We are AZshopping.pk, seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Your main role will involve providing outstanding support to our clients.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with product information and sales inquiries.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and records.
- Resolve complaints professionally.

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
