Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our vibrant team at Dione. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and efficient multitasking. You will coordinate operations between guests, field agents, and service providers to ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities: Communicate with guests via email and phone, coordinate with agents, manage DTCM portal, and oversee permits.
Requirements: Experience in hospitality, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with DTCM regulations is a plus.
