Job Description

IAServices, a USA-based Call Center company, is seeking a seasoned Call Center Team Lead to manage our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience leading outbound call center teams for USA/UK campaigns.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the team, meet performance targets, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and CRM experience.
