Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and motivated HR Interns to join our team at Analytica-data. This internship provides practical experience in diverse HR functions, focusing on technical recruitment. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of technical recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Post job advertisements on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Source potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and arrange interviews.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 3 to 6 months experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
