Job Description
CALL BOX BPO is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Level 1 representative. In this full-time role, you will provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone. You will troubleshoot technical issues with our SaaS platform, document customer interactions in the CRM, and assist with account setup and onboarding.
Working hours are from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am Pakistan time (Night Shift). Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of customer service experience, and be fluent in English. Pay ranges from Rs90,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Islamabad before starting work.
