Job Description
Authornate Private Limited is seeking passionate candidates for the role of Customer Service Representative in our Graphics Department. Located in Sector G-13/4, Islamabad, this full-time, on-site position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries promptly, resolving complaints with empathy, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Candidates must be fluent in English, possess customer service experience, and ideally have knowledge of graphic design and freelancing platforms, especially Fiverr.
Salary starts at Rs50,00 per month, depending on experience.
