Job Description
Join Prima Systems as an IT Support L1 Officer! We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide first-level technical support to our end-users. Your responsibilities will include assisting users with hardware, software, and network-related issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and documenting all support activities in our ticketing system.
We require candidates to have at least 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably with a strong understanding of incident management and standard operating procedures. Proficiency in English is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs150,00.00.
