Job Description

A leading telecommunication company is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound call systems
• Providing answers to customer queries
• Handling customer complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer care or call center, preferably in UK-based campaigns
• Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English

Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00 per month, including incentives up to 15k. Additional benefits include free medical insurance and rotational shifts. Work-from-home options available after probation.
