Job Description

ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing inbound call systems
2. Providing assistance with customer inquiries
3. Resolving customer complaints effectively

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English
• Experience: 1-2 years, preferably in UK-based campaigns
• Salary: Rs45,00 plus incentives up to Rs15,00
• Benefits: Free medical insurance; work-from-home option after probation
