Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure quality consistency of mise-en-place and finished bakery products.
- Follow standard recipes, maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
- Develop buffet displays as per operational requirements.
- Coordinate with the Materials Department for procurement of ingredients.
- Encourage creativity in bakery products.
- Standardize bakery props to enhance ambiance.
Job Requirements
- Ensure compliance with Safety/Hygiene audit findings.
- Follow FSSAI guidelines for storage and shelf life.
- Conduct random checks for hygiene and quality on the shop floor.
- Adhere to all departmental legal compliance.
