Job Description
Join IHCL as the Director of Engineering, where you will lead and ensure the efficiency of our engineering operations. You will conduct regular meetings to facilitate effective communication, attend necessary hotel meetings, and coordinate with department heads to assess equipment conditions. You will be responsible for implementing preventive maintenance and quickly addressing operational issues.
Your role includes collaborating with the Security Manager to form crisis management teams and assisting the Projects Team with planned hotel projects. You will also review audit findings to ensure compliance with safety and legal standards, while preparing internal audit checklists as per IHCL Safety Guidelines.
