Job Description
Jalal Sons is seeking an experienced Bakery and Deli Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing all floor operations and allocating duties to staff members effectively.
Your key duties will include supervising and guiding staff to achieve maximum performance, analyzing sales reports, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of purchases.
You will also play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing customer complaints, and planning in-store promotional events.
