Job Description

Position Objective: Manage the administration affairs of the organization.
Qualifications: BBA (Hons) with 3-4 years of relevant experience in administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager Admin in smooth running of the section.
- Keep abreast of SHAN Admin policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with regional admin officers daily.
- Monitor purchases in accordance with policy and budget.
- Maintain office premises and assets.
- Ensure logistics for meetings and trainings.
- Oversee support staff and prepare reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
