Job Description
Call Cafe is currently seeking an energetic and passionate Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns via phone.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone.
- Provide knowledgeable answers regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry across various platforms as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to multitask.
Location: 552 B Block Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
Shift: Afternoon or Night
