Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Travel Consultant at our UK Call Center located in Giga Mall, Islamabad.
Shift Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 2 PM – 10 PM
- Saturday: 2 PM – 6 PM
Salary Range: PKR 35,00 plus incentives. Eligibility: Priority given to females; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from UK travelers for flight and holiday bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines and tour operators.
- Ensure compliance with IATA, ATOL, and ABTA regulations.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of reservation systems and negotiation skills.
