Job Description
FutureVision360 LLC is seeking a proactive and talented Intern Recruiter to join our HR team in Johar Town, Lahore. This on-site, night position involves recruiting and placing IT/non-IT bench candidates with various clients in the USA.
Responsibilities include developing client relationships, understanding IT requirements, negotiating terms with candidates, and maintaining consultant databases. Excellent communication skills and strong sales or recruitment experience (preferably in IT) are required.
The internship lasts for 2 months with a stipend of Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month. Training is paid during the first month. Candidates must provide their own laptop (i3 3rd generation, 4 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD minimum).
